Woven in Grace. Worn in Love.
What is WEAVE
WEAVE is a Christian life-coaching programme for adults that offers space to explore who you are becoming and how your faith finds expression in everyday life.
It uses the imagery of weaving, a spiritual washing line and a wardrobe to explore your story, recognise strengths, consider patterns and make intentional choices. Everyone brings different experiences, relationships, questions, and qualities. No single experience defines the whole person, and not every part of your story needs to make sense before exploration can begin.
Different people. Different threads. One Weaver.
What this service offers
WEAVE offers structured, participant-led exploration grounded in a Christian understanding of identity, grace, renewal and love. The work provides opportunities to recognise qualities you already value, consider ways of living you want to leave behind and explore qualities you would like to strengthen.
You bring the content of the conversation. My role is to provide structure and make room for your own discoveries, without deciding what your story means or prescribing what your next step must be.
Who it is for
WEAVE is for adults seeking Christian life coaching around:
-
Identity and belonging.
-
Inner life and spiritual renewal.
-
Character and everyday choices.
-
Relationships.
-
Confidence in expressing their voice and values.
-
Purpose and daily living.
You may want to reflect on a season of change, explore a recurring pattern or consider how to live your faith more intentionally. You may also wish to recognise and continue something good that is already present in your life. An initial conversation provides an opportunity to discuss your needs and whether WEAVE is an appropriate fit.
The Christian foundation
WEAVE is grounded in Colossians 3:1–17: identity in Christ, putting off old ways, renewal, putting on Christlike qualities and, above all, putting on love.
Within the programme, we understand God as the Weaver, Christ as the foundation, and Scripture as the reference for reflection. Grace surrounds the process, and love shapes how we hold it.
The facilitator does not claim to know why God allowed a painful experience or what He is doing in another person’s life. You can explore your own spiritual understanding without having meaning imposed on it.
The weaving and your story
The weaving imagery offers a way to consider the many threads within your life. Experiences, relationships, roles, achievements, losses and choices may form part of your story without defining your whole identity.
As you explore, you may notice connections, strengths or questions that deserve attention. The invitation is to consider both what has shaped you and who you are becoming. There is no requirement to find a complete explanation for every thread.
The Spiritual Washing Line and renewal
The washing line provides a visual setting for reflection within grace, light, movement and time. Three places offer different choices:
What I want to keep wearing: The clothes stand represents good qualities already present in your life. You can recognise what you value and choose to continue practising it.
Old clothes I choose to leave behind: The letting-go basket offers a place to name an attitude or harmful habit you no longer want to carry into daily life. The person, their feelings and their life story are not being discarded.
What I want to explore and practise: The basin and line provide space to give attention to a quality you want to develop or strengthen through reflection, Scripture and optional prayer.
These are choices, not compulsory steps. You may explore one area, revisit another, pause or take more time. Recognising an existing strength is as meaningful as choosing something to change.
The wardrobe and discernment
The wardrobe brings the movement of putting off, renewal and putting on into focus. You consider what you recognise in your life, what you wish to continue and what you may choose differently.
The work goes beyond selecting a good behaviour to replace a bad one; it makes room to explore the meaning of your choices within Christian formation. The facilitator does not sort your wardrobe for you. Your awareness, reflection and decisions remain central.
WEAR LOVE in everyday life
The programme’s imagery leads towards ordinary life: relationships, words, responsibilities and choices. Where you are ready, you may identify a practical way to express a chosen quality. That could mean continuing a strength, practising a different response or making a thoughtful change.
You can also remain uncertain. A session does not require a decision or a finished result.
What to expect from a session
We begin with your concerns and what you would like to explore, including strengths you already bring. Depending on the agreed focus, sessions may include conversation, Scripture, optional prayer and simple visual activities using words, drawings or paper garments.
You can keep personal work private, leave something unfinished or choose to pause. The imagery supports your expression; it is not used to interpret your life on your behalf.
The wind represents the Holy Spirit’s movement beyond human control. No exercise, answer or timetable is treated as proof that spiritual transformation has occurred.
What we are working towards
Depending on your focus, the aims may include:
-
Greater awareness of your strengths and patterns.
-
Deeper reflection on identity and belonging in Christ.
-
Clearer discernment about everyday choices.
-
Greater consistency between faith, values and actions.
-
More intentional expression of love in relationships.
-
A personally meaningful practice or next step.
These are aims rather than guaranteed outcomes. Growth may involve revisiting questions as life and circumstances change.
Programme scope
WEAVE is a developing Christian life-coaching and formation framework. It does not replace trauma counselling, psychotherapy, psychiatric care or other clinical support. Where concerns fall outside the scope of the work, appropriate separate support or referral may be recommended.
Programme and session arrangements
WEAVE is available in three ways:
-
As a standalone programme for adults, with sessions typically lasting 90 minutes.
-
Alongside Reload Recovery Support, as an optional final module. If chosen, this consists of one or two Christian life coaching sessions beginning 14 days after Matrix.
-
Within Keturah, as an included module of that programme.
The session structure, delivery arrangements and scheduling are discussed in line with the programme through which you participate.
